The hotel is comfortable and stunningly beautiful, it has amazingly kind staff at the reception desk. The location is great and amazing as it's near the advertised areas being unavailable as well as the restaurant. There's cool Royal Street Cafe at walking distance from the property, make desserts etc.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! The spa services were fantastic and the complimentary wellness classes were a great touch. You can't beat the easy ski access right from the lodge. Just a heads up, while we enjoyed our stay, be prepared for some room variations since they are privately owned.
We did encounter a lengthy wait for check-in, a bit frustrating after a long trip.

The cozy atmosphere here swept me off my feet! The sumptuous Beautiful King Room with a fireplace literally reminded me of a warm embrace during the chilly nights. Relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was the cherry on top of an already perfect getaway!
